Established in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Harrisburg in 1988. Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. provides commercial, industrial and office sales and leasing throughout Central PA. In 1999 we opened a satililte office in Mountville, PA to serve the York/Lancaster market.

We have developed a team of 12 full time sales professionals specializing in the various market sectors. We provide our clients and customers with office, industrial, retail, and multifamily market studies, which are updated on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. These studies enable us to analyze trends within the various markets to best serve the business needs of our clients.

Our staff continually updates their professional skills through a variety of continuing education courses enhancing their knowledge of the commercial and industrial real estate industry. Individual agents hold memberships in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties(NAIOP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Execatives (NACORE).
