Andrew Kohr was born and raised in New Cumberland, PA. Andrew earned his BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978. After graduation, he retuned to his native Harrisburg hometown and worked in the Advertising Sales business for many years. In fact, sales has always been "in his blood". Andrew worked in the sales fields of Outdoor-billboards, Radio and was one of the top Account Executives (Sales) at WGAL-TV in Lancaster PA for over 11 years and then in the mid 1990s was the Harrisburg Sales Manager at Cable Adcom selling TV commercials on local Cable networks.

Andrew was always driven to be the best in every sales venue. Working in the advertising field had its drawbacks - in his words, it could best be described as a "sales ceiling". So, in 1996, Andrew took control of his Sales future and entered the Commercial Real Estate business. Now he was able to work up to his potential with no limitations. He has succeeded in sales wherever he has been. He has worked at some of the other commercial firms but knows that he has found a "home" here at Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc.

In the last 13 years in the Commercial Real Estate business, Andrew has negotiated many lease and sales transactions including Office, Retail + Investment Properties. Just a few of Andrew's recent transactions are listed below. Andrew's strength is his unique ability to understand what both the buyer and seller need to make a deal work. In his 31 years of sales experience he still remains close and continues to work with many of his earliest clients to help them with their real estate ventures. He has proven his loyalty and work ethics to thousands. He is proud that he has earned a good reputation in today's Commecial Real Estate business.
