Chuck Heller earned his B.A. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Upon graduation, Chuck returned to his native Harrisburg hometown and joined Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc.

In the past nine years with Landmark, Chuck has negotiated complex lease and sale transactions for free standing retail properties, office buildings, apartment complexes, manufactured home communities, warehouses, and development land in the Harrisburg-York-Carlisle-Williamsport-Hershey-Lebanon-Lancaster markets. Chuck’s success with his clients is a result of his hard work, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.

Chuck has developed an in-depth understanding of the multi-family market. Since 2002, he has created an extensive annual market study evaluating apartment rental rates. This annual research keeps Chuck appraised of changing market trends and has been the foundation for many strong relationships with prominent property owners in central PA. Chuck has completed an additional 240 hours of classes to become a licensed broker and holds memberships in the National Associations of Realtors, Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Industrial and Office Committee within Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. He is also an active member of a business networking group and various community organizations including The MS Society and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.

  • Representedthe owner in the sale of a 6,400 sq. ft. NNN leased investment property in Harrisburg, PA. Occupied by National Tire & Battery, this location at a lighted intersection is on Harrisburg’s main retailing corridor.
  • Represented Christian Publications in the sale of a 60,000 sq. ft. of warehouse/retail building in Camp Hill, PA.
  • Represented Mid Penn Bank in the site selection and acquisition of three branch locations and the leasing of one additional branch location. These strategic locations have strengthened Mid Penn Bank’s presence in the central PA market.
  • Represented WTS Properties, LLC in the sale of a 77 unit Mobile Home Park in York, PA.
  • Represented Mountain View Park Associates, LP in the sale of a 37 unit Mobile Home Park in McConnellsburg, PA.
  • Represented Salvation Army in the leasing of 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space in Harrisburg, PA, joining national retailers such as Target, Costco, Kohl’s, Borders, and Babies R Us.

  • Represented Highland Commons in the sale of a 45,167 sq. ft. mixed use retail/apartment complex in Mountville, just outside of Lancaster, PA.
