Born and raised in Camp Hill, Drew has close relationships throughout the
Cumberland and Dauphin counties. After attending West Virginia University in
Morgantown, West Virginia, Drew returned to Central PA. He joined a local
Commercial Brokerage firm. Drew's desire to constantly achieve greater, led him to join Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. in 2008.
Drew's extensive market research on multi-family real estate throughout Central
Pennsylvania allows him to accurately consult his clients of market activity as well as forecast market direction, demand and job growth.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in
the disciplines of Commercial Investment Real Estate. Recognized for its
preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core
knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the
diversity of specializations within the industry. Only 6 percent (6%) of the
estimated 150,000 commercial practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM
designation.
Drew is also attending the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to receive his certificate in Land Development. The
ULI is a non-profit research and education organization. Founded in 1936, the institute has 40,000 members
worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines.
