Jim has specialized in industrial sales, leasing and tenant representation over the past twenty-one years. Prior to entering into real estate brokerage in 1987, Mr. Brady was Vice-President of one of the nations leading architectural-engineering firms.

Extensive experience in the related fields of architectural design, construction management and professional marketing recently led to his recognition by the Greater Harrisburg Board of Realtors as "Outstanding Top Producer, Commercial/Industrial Sales and Leasing".

PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENTS:

  1. Represented WCI Hotel Partners in their acquisition of an entire city block purchased for the erection of a new hotel on 2nd Street in downtown Harrisburg.
  2. Represented Brewster Development in the selling of 207 acres of industrial land located along I-81 in Penn Township, Cumberland County.
  3. Represented Beistel Corp. in the marketing and sale of 204 acres of surplus industrial land at Exit #29, Interstate 81.
  4. Represented New Aplha Realty, LLP in selling their 220,000 sq. ft. industrial complex on 38.5 acres located in Conewago Industrial Park, Elizabethtown, Lancaster County, PA. The Complex is the new headquarters of Crowe Transportation & Logistics.
  5. Represented Acme Distribution Services, a National 3PL, by negotiating leases for 1,000,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space owned by Prologis.
  6. C E Crowe & Son by negotiating a long term lease of their 50,400 sq. ft. building to Seedway, Inc.
  7. Represented ProLogis Development Services in acquiring 78 acres of industrial land to accommodate a 1,100,00 SF distribution facility.
  8. Represented Dr. Charles Fasano in the sale of the Buffalo Valley Shopping Center to Koskap Partners.
  9. Represented individual land owners by assembling 106 acres to form a new industrial park, now home of MSC Industries/Sid Tool division's 1,600,000 sq.ft. distribution facility.
  10. Represented Sunrise Medical HHG, a California medical distribution firm, in the site selection and leasing of their 70,000 sq. ft. eastern distribution facility.
  11. Represented Warner Associates in the sale of 95 acres of industrial land which now houses the first of two manufacturing buildings for AMP, Inc. (Tyco), an international manufacturer of electronic connectors.
  12. Represented Valley Development Group after negotiating their purchase of an industrial tract for the construction of a 37,500 sq. ft. industrial flex building. Negotiated the total lease up prior to building completion.
  13. Represented First Industrial Realty Trust in negotiating a 37,600 sq. ft. lease with Fresenius USA, a German medical manufacturing firm.
  14. Represented Chesapeake Packaging Services by negotiating a sub-lease of their 162,500 sq .ft. warehouse to Exel Logistics.
  15. Represented Brewster Development, Inc. by negotiating their control of 130 acres of land along I-81, Lebanon County, which will be developed into a new Industrial Park. When completed the park will accommodate distribution facilities totaling over 1,600,000 sq .ft.
  16. Represented Lower Paxton Soccer Association by negotiating the sale and lease back of their 102,000 sq. ft. facility.
  17. Represented Rodman Properties by negotiating their investment purchase of a 236 unit garden apartment complex.
  18. Represented First Industrial Realty Trust by securing International Multi Foods as a tenant for a 52,800 sq. ft. design/build freezer-cooler facility.
  19. Represented individual land owners by assembling 132 acres to form Northport Industrial Park, now home of Ingram-Micro's 1,100,00 sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution facility.
  20. Represented Weather Shield, Inc., a Wisconsin window and door manufacturer, by negotiating the sale of their 70,000 sq. ft. distribution facility.
  21. Represented Conewago Park Associates by negotiating the sales of numerous industrial sites in the 550 acre Conewago Industrial Park to accommodate buildings up to 200,000 sq. ft.
  22. Represented Northwest Savings Bank negotiating the sale of a 42,000 sq. ft. REO office building.
  23. Represented Gables, Inc. by negotiating the sale of a 114,980 sq. ft. distribution building.
  24. Represented Scholastic Book Fairs by negotiating a 26,000 SF lease with First Industrial Realty Trust.
  25. Represented Brewster Development, Inc. by assembling 197 acres of land along I-81 in Cumberland County for industrial/distribution users.
  26. Represented Eisenhart Corporation in the sale of their surplus 112,000 SF distribution building to an investor group.
  27. Represented Spectrum Control, Inc. in the sale of two manufacturing buildings totaling 61,000 SF to a user/investor.
  28. Represented WebClients.net in acquiring the Historic King Mansion located on Front Street in Harrisburg, PA for the relocation of their Corporate Offices.
  29. Represented Conewago Park Associates in the leasing of 46,000 SF of warehouse space to C E Crowe & Son, Elizabethtown, PA.
  30. Represented Warner Associates in the sale of 52 acres of industrial land located along I-81 in Lebanon County, PA.
  31. Represented ProLogis Development Services in acquiring 112 acres of industrial land along PA I-81 in Shippensburg, PA to accommodate a 1,495,000 SF distribution facility.
  32. Represented Koskap Partners in their purchase of the Camp Hill Plaza, a retail strip mall in Camp Hill, PA.
  33. Represented Schott Pharmaceutical Packaging in the sale of their 78,000 SF manufacturing plant located in Cleona,PA.
