Jason joined Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. following graduation from Mount Saint Mary's University. While at Mount Saint Mary's University Jason was selected as Vice President of Delta Mu Delta National Business Honor Society and received the National Collegiate Business Merit Award. In addition Jason was a four year varsity letter winner for the Division I Mountaineers men's basketball team. In 1999 he helped guide the Mountaineers to a NCAA Tournament first round game against Michigan State. After graduating with honors Jason worked for Smith Barney Inc., a worldwide investment brokerage firm.

Since joining the firm Jason has concentrated his efforts in the office, industrial, warehouse and distribution market with an emphasis on relocation and site selection. Greater than 60% of Jason's work has been performed on a tenant representation basis for brokers and clients nationally and regionally. Recent assignments include tenant representation efforts for international brokers CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Allegro Realty Advisors, CRESA Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, Tramell Crow, Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International. Jason believes his energy, enthusiasm, and network system within the local and regional market will create a strategic alliance for Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc., Central Pennsylvania's premier real estate brokerage firm.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Finance and Economics from Mount Saint Mary's University and recently completed a Master of Science Degree in Corporate Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. His extensive education and work experience enables him to concentrate on the financial aspects of a transaction while allowing his tenants/clients to focus their time on the corporate approval process required for the completion of a project. Jason holds a special interest in debt service and lease analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and real estate investment opportunities.

RECENT TRANSACTIONS:

  • Represent First Industrial Realty Trust in the leasing of 31,843 sq. ft. of warehouse/distribution space situated in their 104,000 sq. ft. facility located in Mechanicsburg, PA to Store Supply Warehouse of Saint Louis, Missouri .
  • Represented Triple Crown Corporation in their recent disposition of an 82,000 sq. ft. fully leased industrial flex complex located in Harrisburg, PA. Handled all negotiations between the Seller and the Buyer, First Industrial Realty Trust.
  • Represented Liberty Distribution Company, Inc. (LDC) is their recent leasing of 65,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled distribution space. Handled all negotiations between the tenant and the landlord, Kinsley Properties.
  • Represented Lauth Property Group, Inc. in their recent selection and acquisition of a seven (7) acre commercial-industrial site for a build-to-suit project for a national tenant on a long term lease back scenario. The site was located in Camp Hill, PA.
  • Represented New Horizon Partnership in their recent site selection and acquisition of a 275,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution center in Hanover, PA. Conestoga Tile Distributors will occupy 125,000 sq. ft. and anchor the investment project by utilizing the center as their new central distribution center.
  • Represented Enersys, Inc., a national battery distributor, in the site selection and leasing of their new 10,300 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Lewisberry, PA.
  • Represented J-Squared Trucking, LLC in their recent site selection and leasing of their 18,300 sq. ft. terminal facility in Carlisle, PA.
  • Represented Mountaineer properties LLC in their recent acquisition of the 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse/flex facility in Carlisle, PA.
  • Represented Niroga Enterprises in the recent disposition of their 17,075 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Harrisburg, PA.
  • Represented Debra & Jeffery Pierson in their recent acquisition of a 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse complex located in Mechanicsburg, PA.
  • Represented Colonial Place L.P. in their recent investment acquisition of a 29,000 sq. ft. two building office project located in Harrisburg, PA. The project is fully leased to three local real estate related entities and is anchored by an international publishing company.
  • Represented Alanno Corporation in their recent acquisition of a 45,000 sq. ft. office building located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The project will serve as the latest addition to their investment portfolio. The facility is currently leased by a state agency and a regional telecommunications operator.
  • Represented Tennessee based MCR Safety, Inc. in their recent site search and selection of a 52,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The facility will serve as their northeast distribution center.
  • Represented First Industrial Realty Trust in negotiating a 32,069 sq. ft. lease with List Industries of Florida. List Industries will use the facility, located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, as their Mid-Atlantic logistics facility.
  • Represented First Industrial Realty Trust in negotiating a 61,620 sq. ft. lease with First Medical. The facility is located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and will serve as a convergence facility for First Medical.
  • Represented Rosenwein Realty in the leasing of 15,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space to Solideal Inc., a provider of sales, distribution and service for forklift wheels and tires. Solideal Inc., based in Luxembourg is the international leader within the industry.
  • Represented Mechanicsburg Land Company by negotiating a 14,200 sq. ft. lease with Compass Group, North America Division, headquartered in North Carolina. Canteen, a company of Compass Group, will use the facility as their central Pennsylvania correctional vending distribution center.
  • Represented Heritage-Crystal Clean of Illinois, a provider of industrial aftermarket environment drum disposal services, in the site selection and leasing of their 7,000 sq. ft. flex warehouse facility that will serve as the Pennsylvania branch location to their national presence.
  • Represented Progressive Casualty Insurance in the site selection and leasing of (2) new claim centers totaling 15,000 sq. ft. of new Class "A" office space. The (2) new centers were strategically located in York and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Represented The Bravo Group in negotiating their recent acquisition of the 20,000 sq. ft. Office Building located at 20 North Market Square in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The building formally served as corporate headquarters for Crabtree Rohrbaugh & Associates, a regional architectural firm. Negotiated the lease and purchase option for The Bravo Group in 2002 when they relocated from State Street to 6,000 sq. ft. at 20 North Market Square, occupying the top three floors of the building.
  • Represented Londonderry Partners in negotiating their recent investment acquisition of the 25,000 sq. ft. office building located at 8170 Adams Drive in Dauphin County. This class "A" office building is currently leased to a number of regional and national tenants with business interest in Harrisburg, PA.
  • Represented SEARS, ROEBUCK & Co. in negotiating their recent lease transaction of 15,000 sq. ft. of warehouse/distribution space with PennTown Properties, located in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
  • Represented Greenlee Partners, L.L.C. in their recent acquisition of a 12,000 sq. ft. office building that will serve as their corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Representing Alanno Corporation LLC in their recent expansion and long term extension of a 45,000 sq. ft. office lease with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg, PA.
  • Representing RJH Realty LLC a subsidiary of RJH express Inc. in their acquisition of a 42,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility located in Crestwood Industrial Park in Mountaintop, PA.
  • Representing J&R Investments in their acquisition of two (2) warehouse facilities totaling over 150,000 sq. ft. within the Central PA market.
  • Representing Conestoga Tile Distributors in their leasing of their 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution center located in Harrisburg, PA.
  • Represented Debra & Jeffery Pierson in the leasing of their 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Mechanicsburg, PA.
  • Representing Ridley Tyson L.P. in the leasing of their 71,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. The facility is located in Fairview Industrial Park and is adjacent to the Regional Fed Ex Ground Hub.
  • Representing Greystone Capital Partners, L.L.C. in the acquisition of a 365,709 sq. ft. Industrial Complex located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The complex is situated on 26 acres and is rail served.
  • Representing Keystone Property Trust in the leasing of their 132,000 sq. ft. distribution center located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Consolidated Properties in the disposition of their 24,125 sq. ft. facility located in Friendship Industrial Park, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Flextronics of Santa Clara, California, in the disposition of their 78,348 sq. ft. former manufacturing facility located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing First Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust in the leasing of their 104,000 sq. ft. Hampden North distribution/warehouse facility located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Keystone Property Trust in the leasing of their 125,000 sq. ft. distribution facility located at Lower Allen Distribution Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Schlusser Enterprises, Inc. in the leasing and disposition of their 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Dallas Spring Corporation in the leasing of their former 72,000 sq. ft. distribution/warehouse space in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing Direct Sort, L. P. in the sale of their 43,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse facility located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
  • Representing the First Catholic Slovak Union in the leasing of their 29,100 sq. ft. climate controlled flex warehouse facility located in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
