Jeremiah Smith received his Associate’s degree in Real Estate Marketing and Management from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2007. Following his graduation Jeremiah has continued his many involvements in real estate including investments and joining Landmark Commercial Realty Inc.
During His time at Harrisburg Area Community College he spent 1650+ hours involved in Real Estate Appraising. This experience gave Jeremiah the ability to increase knowledge and evaluation skills of Real Estate markets and trends. These Market Segments including the Local areas of Cumberland, Dauphin, York, and Adams counties.
With a strong background in in the Multi-family Market, Jeremiah has joined Chuck Heller in an in-depth understanding of the multi-family Market. This Study is compromised of apartment buildings of 24+ units in the Central Pennsylvania Region.
