Roy Brenner

As an associate partner in the Office Services Group, Brenner has specialized in guiding clients through the process of buying, leasing, and/or selling corporate space and business park properties throughout the mid state area for over 10 years. A native of the Harrisburg area, he graduated from the Harrisburg Academy and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Waynesburg College (Waynesburg, PA).


RECENT TRANSACTIONS:

  1. Represented Anderson & Gulotta LLP in the Sale & Leasing of a 20,000 sq. ft. newly constructed office condo project located at 1110 N. Mountain Road in Lower Paxton Twp.
  2. Represented the Capital Area Intermediate Unit (CAIU) in their selection of a 40,000 sq. ft. newly constructed office building. CAIU signed a 20 year lease valued over $13 million.
  3. Represented Arcus Staffing Service in the aquisition of a 28,000 sq. ft. class "A" multi-tenanted office property located at 8170 Adams Drive, Summitview Business Park, Hummelstown.
  4. Represented Lick Partnership in the disposition of their 180,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse facility located at 3980-3982 Paxton Street, Harrisburg. Schaedler/YESCO Distribution, Inc. bought the former Harrisburg Paper Company building.
  5. Represented Consolidated Properties in the disposition of a 30,000 sq. ft. office property located at 124 Pine Street in the Downtown Business District of Harrisburg, PA. The property was acquired by Keystone Human Services.
  6. Represented Liberty Center LLP in the disposition of a 30,000 sq. ft. office property located at 8170 Adams Drive in Hummelstown, PA. The first class office property was acquired by Londonderry Partners.
  7. Represented Zurich North America in their 12,000 sq. ft. lease renewal at 5040 Louise Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA. Secured flexible term and reduced the effective net annual occupying costs for the tenant.
  8. Represented the Coffee Time Corporation in their selection of an 11,000 sq. ft. flex office property. Negotiated the new building project on the tenants behalf for a long term lease arrangement. The property is located in the Susquehanna Business Center, Harrisburg, PA.
  9. Represented M&T Bank in the disposition of a 8,000 sq. ft. class "A" office building located along Harrisburg's River Front Downtown Business District. The purchaser, The Pennsylvania Family Institute, will use this as their headquarter office in Pennsylvania.
  10. Represented Boise Cascade in their selection of an 8,000 sq. ft. flex office facility located in the Turnpike Business Center, Harrisburg, PA.
  11. Represented the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts in their selection of a 7,800 sq. ft. first class office building located along Harrisburg's River Front Downtown Business District.
  12. Represented Pinnacle Health Hospital in the disposition of a 7,000 sq. ft. office investment building. The first class building located in an office park in Dillsburg, PA was purchased by a group of investors named Koskap Partners.
  13. Represented Giant Food Corporation in their selection of a 6,400 sq. ft. office property located in the Rossmoyne Business Center, Mechanicsburg, PA.
  14. Represented Pinnacle Health Hospital in the leasing of a 5,000 sq. ft. medical office building located in the Northwoods Office Park, Harrisburg, PA. The Dermatological group of Dr. Saye & Jette leased the facility for a long term arrangement.
