For the past 20 plus years Dick has specialized in large commercial land sales, retail/hospitality sales, leasing and tenant representation and Net Leased Investment Properties.

Prior to engaging in real estate brokerage Mr. Moore worked in corporate real estate:

Vice President, Real Estate - for regional limited service hotel company with operations in northeast U.S. and Florida
Manager, Real Estate Research and Location Selection - for three major, regional supermarket chains in northeast U.S.

As President of RICHARD H. MOORE & ASSOCIATES, a real estate consulting firm specializing in real estate expansion strategy, location research and property acquisition, clients included restaurants, lodging, institutional feeders, supermarkets and a variety of other retail companies.
