WORK EXPERIENCE:
For over 20 years Dick has specialized in large commercial land sales, retail/hospitality sales, leasing and tenant representation and Net Leased Investment Properties.
Prior to engaging in real estate brokerage Mr. Moore worked in corporate real estate:
- Vice President, Real Estate for regional service hotel company with operations in northeast U.S. and Florida.
- Manager, Real Estate Research and Location Selection for three major, regional supermarket chains in northeast U.S.
- President, RICHARD H. MOORE & ASSOCIATES, a real estate consulting firm specializing in real estate expansion strategy, location research and property acquisition. Clients included restaurants, lodging, institutional feeders, supermarkets and a variety of other retail companies.
