SEYMOUR BARGET, Commercial Realtor

Born in London, England, Seymour, also known as Sy, immigrated to the United States in 1972 where he started a successful million dollar accounting systems business. Twenty-five years later when he sold the business, retirement was not a consideration. He always had great interest in the challenge of real estate so in 1998 he obtained his real estate license and after working in the business for several years, joined Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. in 2004.

Holding a BA in accounting and Bsc in business allowed him to advise his clients in a unique and professional manner. His experience in the business world has proved to be an asset when representing both buyers and sellers involved in commercial real estate transactions. His ability to recognize and analyze "the deal", together with his high level of integrity and no nonsense approach, has allowed him to facilitate many important projects including the sale of office towers, apartments, hotels, industrial land and many commercial leases in Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster and York counties.

Respected and admired by his peers, Sy brings to the real estate profession experience and a high standard of ethics appreciated by both buyers and sellers.
