Represented Hoffer Properties in its acquisition of the 220,000 sq. ft. former PHICO Headquarters building located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. After a two year marketing period the sale was completed in late 2004.

Assisted Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency in their selection of a 169,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit sale-back. The eight story project will include 177 parking spaces and was completed in early 2004.

Exclusive broker for Belco Federal Credit Union for the sale of their downtown office campus. The Belco property is approved for 93,000 sq. ft. of office space.

Exclusive broker for Electronic Data Systems in their recent sale of a 60,000 sq. ft. regional office building located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Co listed the property with Jones Lang LaSalle and sold the project within 60 days.
- Represented ITT Technical Institute in their selection of a 30,000 sq. ft. office suite located in Harrisburg. The $4.5 million transaction was completed after an exhaustive search of the Central Pennsylvania Marketplace.
- Assisted AXA Network on its 9,000 sq. ft. lease renewal in Harrisburg. Coordinated all aspects of the transaction with Cushman & Wakefield of New York to structure a flexible lease arrangement.
- Assisted Jerich Properties in its acquisition of the 20,000 sq. ft. Mary Sacs Building located at 208 N. Third Street, Harrisburg. The $1,265,000 transaction was completed within 90 days.
- Exclusive broker for Milestones, LLP in the acquisition of its 20,000 sq. ft. office building located at 2700 Commerce Drive, Harrisburg. The $2,065,000 transaction was completed in 30 days.
- Exclusive broker for Capital Area Intermediate Unit in their selection of the 400 block of Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg. After a thorough search of the Harrisburg office market, a long term 40,000 sq. ft. build to suit lease arrangement was executed. The $12 million transaction was one of the largest in the mid-state in recent years.

Coordinated a comprehensive search for Liberty Mutual in their selection of a 20,000 sq. ft. office property. Negotiated a below market long-term lease to significantly reduce rental cost and right size the firms operation.

Represented Lower Paxton Township in the sale of its 27,000 sq. ft. township office building. Project was under agreement in 75 days.

Assisted Electronic Data Systems in their renewal of a 45,000 sq. ft. office property. Negotiated a short term lease with attractive parking arrangements to provide EDS with maximum flexibility. Project completed in 120 days.
