Wherever I go in Central Pennsylvania, people say, “Your signs are everywhere.”

As we celebrate our 20 th anniversary, there are many reasons why this is true. Some may think it’s because we’re the biggest …but we’re not. Some might assume we’ve been around the longest, but even after 20 years, that’s not so. Then precisely how has LANDMARK achieved such an enviable and powerful presence?

I’ve given a great deal of thought to the unique path that has led us to our signature way of doing business … And I believe our success boils down to this: Landmark strategically promotes a solid team ethic that really works.

In 1988 when Landmark was founded, we were determined to foster a corporate culture that was healthy, trusting and productive. In an industry where it’s often every man for himself, Landmark has always been about everyone winning.

Twenty years later, I can honestly say Landmark has achieved its success because our long-standing team members have made it happen … Team players who have become part of our lives and part of our extended family. Indeed, many of our key people have been with us since the beginning. I can’t remember a time that Tommy Posavec wasn’t working overtime for his clients or Dell wasn’t answering the phone.

To each and every Landmark associate who continually exceeds expectations, I want to say how proud I am to lead such a team of diligent and principled professionals. Together, we really are unstoppable.

And to each and every client who has contributed to our success, I thank you for your confidence, your loyalty and your continued good will. It is the respect we have for each other and the values we share that will guarantee Landmark many more years as Harrisburg’s finest commercial real estate company.
