Absorption totaled 18,745 sq. ft. in the Second Quarter 2017. Solid figures considering the run this market has enjoyed over the past several quarters. Going forward we are encouraged with the lack of speculative construction and are pleased with the increased number of acquisitions marketwide. We feel steady absorption of existing product is healthy for the marketplace, and view the probability of a pullback as remote.
