Staff Focus – Drew Bobincheck

Drew-Bobincheck

Drew Bobincheck, CCIM, has been a commercial investment and leasing broker with Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. since 2006. I got into this business because I wanted to purchase a restaurant, he stated. The sale didn’t go through and at the time I was working in a restaurant. One of the waitresses obtained her real estate license, so I decided to get mine too.

Drew began his real estate career in residential sales. I was working as a residential real estate agent for three months. I learned during that time that residential wasn’t for me. I needed something more.

Not long after entering residential real estate, the agent that tried to sell him the restaurant who, ran a commercial brokerage firm, approached Drew and asked if he was interested in working for him. Three years being with his company, I recognized I needed a larger platform so I asked Dave Remmel for a job at Landmark. I didn’t even consider going anywhere else.

Drew specializes in commercial leasing, land development and institutional investment transactions. He represents regional and national clients looking to acquire and dispose of investment real estate. Every day in commercial real estate is different – that is why I enjoy what I do. One day I can be in State College selling, the next in Harrisburg.

Understanding that each property is unique, Drew spends a great deal of time evaluating each asset providing his clients focused marketing, along with investment/trade market analysis to guide them towards reaching the best financial decision for them.

In addition to being a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Drew also serves on the board of directors for the Urban Land Institute (Harrisburg Area), is an Ambassador for the Apartment Association of Pennsylvania (AACP), and is Past President of the Industrial, Commercial and Investment Council (ICI).

He and his wife have been married for four years and just recently became parents. We just had our first little girl – Alexandra.
