Mary Dimm joined Landmark as Director of Marketing in January 2022, bringing nearly two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design. With a proven background in commercial real estate marketing, Mary focuses on strengthening Landmark’s brand strategy and elevating the company’s presence throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Mary leads Landmark’s corporate‑level marketing initiatives with an emphasis on strategic brand positioning, organizational visibility, and market influence. She oversees all major marketing functions, including corporate sponsorships, internal communications, website management, digital strategy, and compliance with corporate and commission marketing standards. She also manages key third‑party vendor relationships to ensure consistent, professional, and efficient marketing execution.
A major component of Mary’s role includes producing the Central Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate Symposium, the region’s premier gathering for industry leaders, developers, owners, and key decision‑makers across south‑central Pennsylvania. Since its launch in 2022, the Symposium has grown into a must‑attend, invitation‑only event drawing influential professionals from Cumberland, York, Lancaster/Lebanon, and Dauphin counties. The event has become a defining platform for thought leadership and market engagement—solidifying Landmark’s leadership position in the region.
Throughout her career, Mary has delivered numerous high‑impact marketing campaigns that have increased brand visibility, strengthened market presence, and supported revenue growth. Her innovative approach has earned recognition for excellence in marketing strategy and execution. She has also been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships that expand Landmark’s reach and deepen its influence across the regional commercial real estate market.
