The Winter months of 2015 brought very few changes in both occupancy and rent increases. The most exciting change in Q4 may have been that snow budgets were wiped out with only one snowstorm. Most managers, lenders and owners polled are expecting a robust new year. With lending expected to remain attractive for investors, despite the Federal Reserves move in December, 2016 outlooks continue to be bullish in the multi-family industry.
