Golden Molar Real Estate, LP, purchased a 2,780 SF commercial building located at 201 Saint Johns Church Road in Hampden Township. 99 Industrial Road LLC purchased a 52,000 SF industrial NNN leased property located at 99 Industrial Rd., Elizabethtown, in Conewago Industrial Park. The climate-controlled food-grade warehouse property is leased long-term to Seedway Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Growmark Corporation. Iron Mountain Information Management LLC signed a new long-term lease at 1001 AIP Drive in Middletown for 110,000 SF of warehouse space. Need It Now Delivers d/b/a Harrisburg Logistics LLC structured a long-term sublease of its 23,571 SF to Phillips Managed Support Services Inc. to warehouse overflow product inventory and allow for Harrisburg Logistics LLC to relocate to a larger facility. Johnson Controls, Inc. signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion for 22,481 SF of office and flex space for their regional operations facility located at Yellow Breeches Business Center in New Cumberland.
