J&T Prestigious Products, LLC leased a commercial space located at 5301 Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township. Roy H. Brenner of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the tenant; Thomas T. Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc., represented the landlord, JP Property Ventures, LLC. (Lower Paxton Township/Dauphin County)

Serenity Blue, LLC leased a 4,160 SF suite located at 2405 Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township. Chris Newton of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the tenant. Thomas T. Midwest Food Bank of Illinois structured a lease for 32,000 SF warehouse space at 2700 Commerce Drive, Middletown, to serve as their new PA regional branch facility. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR SVP at Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. negotiated the transaction on behalf of Midwest Food Bank; Mark Chubb of Colliers International represented Haldex Corporation Inc. in the deal. DF Holdings, LP purchased the property at 448 N. Front St., Steelton, PA. Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the buyer; David Obenstine of ReMax represented the seller. (Borough of Steelton/Dauphin County)

Senior Life acquired a pad site within Steelton’s newest commercial development – Steel Works. Senior Life is an adult daycare provider and will develop in conjunction with the other users which are planned to be a Dollar General, an apartment complex and other retail users. Chuck Heller and Sean Fitzsimmons handled the transaction on behalf of the developer, Integrated Development Partners. Bill Gladstone represented the buyer. (Borough of Steelton/Dauphin County)

Intra National Home Care, LLC leased 1,000 SF of office space at 101 W. Cherry Street, Palmyra. Seymour Barget of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the tenant and landlord in this transaction. (City of Palmyra, Lebanon County)

DM155 Enterprises, LLC purchased the office building located at 1323 N. Front Street, Harrisburg. Chuck Heller of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the seller, while Ray Davis handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer. (City of Harrisburg/Dauphin County)

Drakes Way LLC purchased the property at 46-48 Baltimore St., Dillsburg, PA. Sean Fitzsimmons and Drew Bobincheck, CCIM of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction. (Borough of Dillsburg/York County)
