Midwest Food Bank of Illinois structured a lease for 32,000 SF warehouse space at 2700 Commerce Drive, Middletown, to serve as their new PA regional branch facility. Senior Life acquired a pad site within Steelton’s newest commercial development – Steel Works. Senior Life is an adult daycare provider and will develop in conjunction with the other users which are planned to be a Dollar General, an apartment complex and other retail users.
