The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School (PA Cyber) has executed a new lease for 8,000 SF at 470 S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA for their Lehigh Valley regional office location. The tenant was represented by Jason Grace, Michael Curran, and Jessica Lilly of Landmark, the landlord was represented by Scott Horner of Colliers. (South Whitehall Township/Lehigh County)
6195 LLC recently acquired a dual-structure property which spans 3 acres at 6195/6197 Allentown Boulevard in Lower Paxton Township. The complex includes space currently leased to Underdog Sports Bar and Grill, which will remain operational at this site. The adjacent 23,000 square foot retail/flex building is poised to become the headquarters for Reynolds Restoration Services. The move-in for Reynolds is expected to occur in early 2024.
