Camp Hill, PA (February 29, 2024) – Lane Enterprises has relocated to a new corporate headquarters in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The prominent manufacturing company, founded in 1934, will be transitioning to a ± 21,850 SF at the state of the art 275 Grandview Ave building after significant renovations.
Michael Curran, SIOR, President of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the transaction on behalf of the building owner, 275 Grandview Avenue LLC, while Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Partners represented the Tenant, Lane Enterprises.
