Nick leverages his extensive experience in marketing to provide optimal results for retail, office, and industrial property owners, investors, and tenants. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he worked in marketing positions for engineering, financial services, and e-commerce companies and startups, giving him a wide array of skills and connections. Immediately prior to joining Landmark, he served as a marketing coordinator at Avison Young, an international commercial real estate services firm. There, he assisted some of the most successful office and industrial brokerage teams in the Washington, DC region. His efforts included marketing and transaction coordination for properties ranging from 10,000+ SF office and industrial leases to high-profile GSA property acquisitions. This experience led him to pursue a career in brokerage services, and bring this experience back to his Central Pennsylvania home to provide outstanding value for property owners and investors in this fast-growing market.
In his current role, he combines the collective market knowledge of Landmark’s retail, office and industrial teams with his knowledge and experience in cutting-edge marketing and growth platforms and techniques used at industry-leading real estate brokerages, creating and executing property marketing strategies that make a major impact on leasing and sales efforts. In his first year in brokerage services at Landmark, he worked on projects for various notable local owners, assisting in the marketing and transaction process for top-20 office leases in the market, as well as several notable large multifamily property transactions.
