Landmark Commercial Realty recently facilitated the $3.4 million sale of Castle Hill Pike, a well-established 60-pad park with modern infrastructure, including 52 acres of additional land adjacent to the existing community. The expansion property was a key driver in the transaction, as the new owner, Ridge Park Community LLC, plans to develop a significantly larger community to meet the housing needs in the area.
