Central Pennsylvania is rapidly becoming a key player in the nation’s #digital infrastructure surge, following a $26 billion wave of #AI and energy investments announced during President Donald J. Trump’s recent visit to the state. According to PennLive, the region will see transformative projects including a $6 billion AI-powered facility by CoreWeave in Lancaster County, and a $5 billion project by Energy Capital Partners to develop a data center in York County.
We’re especially excited about the $15 billion hyperscale data center project being developed by Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and PowerHouse Data Centers. The new AI data hub, Pennsylvania Digital I (PAX), will feature three hyperscale digital campuses in Central Pennsylvania and deliver 1.35 GW of capacity with expandability up to 1.8 GW. Senior Vice President Tom Posavec, SIOR, consulted with Pennsylvania Data Center Partners CEO, Igal J. Feibush, on the 700 acre land assemblage and acquisition, tied to the area’s growing data center footprint.
