Director of Facility Planning

Colleen Erickson, NCIDQ

As Director of Facility Planning, Colleen Erickson works directly with clients to deliver comprehensive programming and planning services that evaluate existing spaces for efficiency and determine how future needs align with long-term business goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and corporate design field, Colleen has completed over 2 million square feet of interior design work across corporate, healthcare, legal, and pharmaceutical/bio-pharm environments. She manages all phases of a project – from concept development and programming through construction documentation and administration – ensuring consistency, precision, and results.

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philadelphia University and is credentialed by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).
