Union Summit, LLC dba Landmark Homes of Central PA purchased approximately 4.25 acres of ground from Hawthorne SPE, dba The Vartan Group within Susquehanna Union Green, Harrisburg’s newest mixed-use live, work, play development at the intersection of Progress Avenue and Linglestown Road where they intend to build 120 units of multifamily housing. Drew Bobincheck and Justin Shoemaker of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction between the buyer and the Seller. (Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County)

Care Capital Management, a division of CL Cressler Inc, provides pharmacy services to retail, industrial, and home-bound customers.
