The 2016 PAA Trade Show & Education Conference was hosted at the Valley Forge Casino Resort last week with high attendance and countless networking & investment opportunities. Two of Landmark’s multifamily experts Chuck Heller and Drew Bobincheck, CCIM were in attendance at the event.
“The expo really had a great turn out and it’s great evidence of the strength of the multifamily market,” says Heller, “Through good and bad economies, the multifamily market has always been the strongest asset class and judging by this expo, it looks like that will continue.”
Attendance for the event was reported at approximately 1,500 attendees with over 200+ exhibitors. “Expos like the PAA Trade Show increase your market knowledge and help expand your presence – speaking with owners and sharing properties,” says Bobincheck, “Many local, regional and even national players were in attendance. It was an excellent event – very successful!”
Heller and Bobincheck were excited to share many investment opportunities with potential investors at the expo. With over 30 years of combined experience in the multifamily industry, they have a lot of product and opportunities to share. Heller recounts, “It was great to be meeting face to face and shaking hands with so many interested investors all in one place.”
