The property formerly operated as the headquarters location for Industrial Harness Company Inc. which had an extensive business relationship with JLG Industries over the last 25 years prior to the business operations being sold. The new buyer for the property is planning a relocation and expansion of their current lawn & garden farm equipment operations which is currently located at 994 Ridge Road in Shippensburg PA.
