Landmark Commercial Realty Closes January Strong, Setting the Stage for a Big 2026

Landmark Commercial Realty is entering 2026 with significant momentum, closing more than 30 transactions across Central Pennsylvania in January. Activity spanned industrial, office, retail, and land sectors, reflecting strong investor confidence and sustained tenant movement throughout the region.

Several notable transactions anchored the month, including the $5,550,000 sale of 1830 S. 19th Street in Harrisburg, represented by Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, and Michael Curran, SIOR. Additional highlights include the $3.8 million industrial sale at 1511 Commerce Avenue in Carlisle, represented by Darren Smith and Grace, and the $2.25 million acquisition of 5412–5430 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, facilitated by Bo Mangam.

In the Pittsburgh airport corridor, Justin Shoemaker represented the buyer of a 4‑acre development parcel in North Fayette Township, set to become a Residence Inn by Marriott. Rounding out January’s sales, Michael Curran, Nick Talley, Zach Wyatte, Esq., and Nick Sallack represented both sides in the $1,040,000 sale of 2745 N. Front Street, and Thomas Posavec, SIOR represented the seller in the $1,000,000 sale of 2120 Market Street in Camp Hill.

Leasing demand remained strong across Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Philadelphia. Notable activity included more than 20,000 square feet leased at 3211 N. Front Street, represented by Bo Mangam, along with significant transactions managed by Grace, Curran, Talley, Shoemaker, Sean Fitzsimmons, and Trey Brakefield across the West Shore and Cumberland County.

Looking Ahead

Landmark also introduced more than 20 new listings in January, expanding opportunities across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily categories. With a strong close to the first month of the year, the firm is well‑positioned for continued activity and additional announcements throughout 2026.
