Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center has signed a long-term lease for a 37,500-SF warehouse/office space at 1625 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA, from Bridge Properties, LLC. 1070 S Cameron Street, Harrisburg, has been leased to local gourmet ice cream maker Urban Churn. The location will serve as their new production headquarters. In addition to this new location, Urban Churn operates shops on N 3rd Street in Harrisburg and on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg.
