Kramer 700 Properties, LLC, purchased a 31,393 SF commercial property located at 700 N. Hanover Street in Elizabethtown Borough. Thomas Troccoli of Bennett Williams represented the buyer; Thomas T. Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller, Room One Corporation. (Borough of Elizabethtown/Lancaster County)

HRP Distributing, Inc (headquarter\ed in Salt Lake City, Utah) signed a long-term lease for their East Coast distribution center located at 381 Independence Ave, Mechanicsburg, PA. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR CEO & Managing Principal at Landmark Commercial Realty / TCN, negotiated the transaction between HRP Distributing, Inc. and the landlord, 381 Independence Ave LLC. (Upper Allen Township/Cumberland County)

550 N. 12th Street Enterprises, LLC purchased the property at 550 N. 12th Street, Lemoyne, PA. This building is occupied by DaVita Dialysis, Penn State Health, and Select Physical Therapy. This property was not on the market. Sean Fitzsimmons of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyers in negotiations with the seller LTS Unlimited and worked through the deal to get it to closing. (Borough of Lemoyne/Cumberland County)

Community Home Nursing & Therapy Services, Inc. leased Suite 305 B from Bruch, LLC. at 850 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA. Community Home Nursing & Therapy Services has been recognized and certified as a modern home health care agency. They provide nursing, physical and occupational therapy, medical, social, and home health services. Harrell’s Car Wash Systems, LLC signed a long-term lease to build a Pennsylvania corporate warehouse location. The new 24,000 SF Class-A warehouse will be constructed on 3.25 acres in Stoneridge Commerce Park, Middletown, PA. The new site includes a 40,599 SF terminal facility on approximately 8 acres for equipment staging and rental yard space. Pacific Healthcare Services LLC leased 1,372 SF of office space at 5531 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. In this transaction, Andrew Kohr of Landmark Commercial Realty worked with both the tenant and the landlord, Harry & Barbara Christie. (Hampden Township/Cumberland County)

Morris & Courtney Real Estate Partnership purchased the commercial property situated on one acre along the Carlisle Pike (4343 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, PA). Chuck Heller and Nick Sallack handled the transaction on behalf of the seller, Double T Realty. (Hampden Township/Cumberland County)

Empire Front Street, LLC., from New York, purchased a 31,240 SF multi-tenant office building located at 3211 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA, from 3211 Front Street Associates, LLC. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyer; Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper from Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller.
